Notice of Annual General Meeting
Please plan to attend the 2008 NVGSA AGM on June 26 at the Delbook Rec Centre. If you can not attend in person, please fill out a proxy and send it with someone who is attending to ensure we have quorum and can vote on the special resolution for the merger with West Vancouver.
This is your chance to influence the future direction and success of the Association.
Nominations and voting for Executive positions will be held. Consider supporting the Association by taking on one of these critical roles, the future and ongoing success of girl's softball on the North Shore depends on it.
In addition, this year we will be voting on a plan to merge with the West Vancouver Girls Softball Association in order to form a single North Shore association.
