These are comprehensive pitching clinics with emphasis on mechanics and strength development leading to fast, accurate pitching. These clinics are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, and all age levels from Mite to Jr Ladies. The Fall Pitching Clinic runs from October, 2010 to March, 2011; the Winter Pitching Clinic runs from January to March, 2011.

Sports Day In Canada
NS Fastpitch is looking for athlete and coach volunteers to help with our demonstration booth at the nation-wide Sports Day in Canada on September 18, 2010.
We will have an interactive fastpitch softball demonstration set up where people can try throwing, catching, and hitting off a tee. We will also be doing pitching demonstrations. We need enthusiastic players Pee Wee age and up who would be willing to staff the demo booth in uniform, talk to the public about softball, hand out promotional items, and do skills demonstrations. We would especially like to have pitchers and catchers to do windmill pitching demos. It would also be great if we could have some coaches to staff the booth.
Please contact Scott Channell (604-988-6360, director1@nsfastpitch.ca) if you are able to help (minimum 3 hour shift, qualifies for school service hours).
